Creating Help Desk Only Admins Print

If you would like to create administrators that access only the help desk, you can create admin groups that only have permissions for:

  • View Support Categories
  • View Support Predefined Replies
  • View Support Tickets
  • Create Support Categories
  • Create Support Predefined Replies
  • Create Support Ticket
  • Update Support Categories
  • Update Support Predefined Replies
  • Update Support Tickets
  • Delete Support Categories
  • Delete Support Predefined Replies
  • Delete Support Tickets

Once you have created the admin group, you can assign any admin to this group and set his Admin Home Page to Support Tickets
