The site layout allows you to customize specific sections of your eCommerce site.
Global Layout
This tab sets some basic layout options for your site.
- Site Name – The name of your eCommerce site
- Default Meta Keywords – The default meta keywords for your Site
- Default Meta Description – The default meta description for your site
- Top Menu – The site menu to use for non-logged in users
- Logged in Top Menu – The site menu to use when users are logged into your site
- Checkout Menu – The site menu to use on your checkout page during payment
- Show Footer – Enable or Disable the footer content area
- Show Search Form – Enable or disable the search form button on the top right of the site
- Show Timed Modal Box – If you want to show a modal box on the home page with a custom message, enable this option
- Delay Modal Box in Seconds – Delay the launch of the modal box on page load in seconds
- Modal Cookie Expiration in Days – Once the modal box shows, don’t show it again until X number of days as set here
- Message to Show in Modal – The message you want to show in your modal box
Home Page
This tab focuses on layout options for the home page
- Home Page Layout – Select between different layout options for your home page. eCommerce Suite uses the following:
- Default Template – The default template for the store
- Store Grid – Show store items in grid format
- Store List – Show store items in list format
- Blog Grid – Show blog posts in grid format
- Blog List – Show blog posts in list format
- Site Builder – Use the WYSIWYG site building tool to build your home page
- Auto Save Site Builder Pages – If the home page layout is set to Site Builder, you can enable this option when using it to save all your changes automatically.
- Show Slideshows – Show slideshows on the home page
- Number of Slideshows – Number of slideshows to show on the home page
- Show Featured Products – Show featured products on the home page
- Show Latest Products – Show the latest added products on the home page
- Products Per Home Page – Products to show on the home page
- Brands Per Home Page – Brand logos to show on the home page
- Blog Posts Per Home Page – Blog posts to show on the home page
Product
- Products Per Store Page – Number of products to show on the store page
- Store Item Layout – Show products in grid or list format
- Store Sidebar – Show the sidebar on the left, right, or not at all
- Enable Infinite Scroll – Enable infinite scroll for your site
- Cross Sell Layout – If you cross sell items, show them either in list or grid format
- Cart Layout – Select either a full or column style layout
- Shopping Cart, Bag, or Basket – Use either cart, bag, or basket when showing the shopping cart text on your site
- Enable Product Tag Cloud – Show the tag cloud for products
- Enable Product Image Zoom – Allow users to zoom into your product photos for better detail
Blog
- Blog Layout – On your blog page, use either grid or list style
- Posts Per Page – The number of posts to show on your blog page
- Enable Related Articles – Enable or disable related articles on each blog post
- Sidebar
- Enable Tag Cloud – Enable or disable the blog tag cloud on the sidebar
- Enable Continue Reading Button – Enable the continue reading button on each blog post. This initially shortens the post until the reader clicks on the Continue Reading button
Site Pages
- Sidebar on Basic Pages – Show the sidebar on basic content pages
Support
- KB Articles Per Page – The number of knowledgebase articles to show in the KB
- Knowledge Sidebar – Enable or disable the sidebar in the KB
- Forum Posts Per Page – Forum posts to show on each forum page
- Forum Sidebar – Enable or disable the sidebar on forum pages
Dashboard
- Dashboard Template – Select the dashboard to show in the members area
Login
- Enable Social Logins – Enable social logins on your account login page
- Enable Facebook Login – Enable the Facebook social login
- Facebook ID
- Facebook Secret
- Enable Twitter Login – Enable the Twitter social login
- Twitter ID
- Twitter Secret
- Enable Google Login – Enable the Google social login
- Google ID
- Google Secret
Contact Us
- Show Phone Number – Show your site’s phone number on the contact page
- Show Mailing Address – Show your default mailing address on the contact page
- Show Social Icons – Show your social icons with links on the contact page
- Show Map – Show a Google map with your location on the contact page
- Show Locations – If you have multiple locations, you can enable this option to link back to the locations page that shows your different locations through Google maps.
Meta Data
- Extra Header Data – Optional code to show in the header area
- Extra Footer Data – Optional code to show in the footer area
- Checkout Page Meta Data – Optional code to show in the checkout header area
- Thank You Page Meta Data – Optional code to show in the thank you page
