Managing Follow Up Messages

To create follow ups for a mailing list, go to Email Tools > Mailing Lists.  Click on the Follow Ups icon for the mailing list that you want. To add a follow up, click on Add Follow Up, and enter your follow up email’s details:

  • Subject – The subject of your email
  • HTML Email – HTML version of your email
  • Text Email – Text version of your email
  • Follow Up Name – The name of your follow up
  • From Name – Name that shows in the from field
  • From Email – Email that shows in the email field

* Note – Follow ups rely on the main cron job in Settings > Automation > Cron Job to run properly.  Make sure it is set to run at least every 30 minutes, preferably every 5 minutes.
