Your eCommerce Store allows you to backup your installation folder. To do so, follow these steps:
- Click on the Settings link on the top right of your screen.
- Click on the System Backups button on the right.
- Click on the Files tab and scroll to the bottom.
- This tab will show any current backups.
- Click on the Backup Files Now. Select whether to backup the /application folder or your entire root installation folder. Keep in mind that if you have a lot of files in your root installation folder, the system may not be able to backup the whole path.
- You can also download the backups to your computer by clicking on the download button for each.
